What does the course include?

The Office 2010 e-Learning comprises four e-Learning courses

The modules consist of a series of lessons based around frequently asked "How Do I" questions.

The entire course can be completed in just three hours.

About the content

The e-Learning content has been produced by our in-house, Microsoft certified, training professionals, based on frequently asked questions they have encountered when conducting classroom based courses. Our training experts have incorporated their own wide experiences of providing training on software upgrades from earlier versions of Microsoft Office.

The topics and content derive from nationally recognised MS Office learning curricula such as ECDL and MOS.

Off the shelf or bespoke?

Our standard Office 2010 New Features e-Learning programme is an off-the-shelf package, however we can tailor the programme to suit your specific organisational needs.

Assessments

We can also provide assessments as an optional addition to the learning materials. The assessment questions vary from simple yes/no or multiple choice, through to simulation based tasks.

How to access the e-Learning...

There are several ways that we can make your e-Learning accessible to staff. These include:

  • the Premier IT Learning Management System (LMS)
  • a web portal to enable staff to access the e-Learning modules online
  • integration of e-Learning modules into your organisation's own LMS
  • duplication of e-Learning onto CD/DVD
  • for NHS organisations we can also integrate with the National Learning Management System (National LMS)
